1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 777vipph platform, including the website at 777vipph.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you ("Player," "User," or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 777vipph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of an organization for personal gambling purposes.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 777vipph, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 777vipph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

777vipph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 777vipph Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 777vipph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 777vipph employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777vipph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 777vipph immediately at support@777vipph.vip if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

777vipph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

777vipph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and Cebuana Lhuillier. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. 777vipph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account in the same name as the registered 777vipph account. 777vipph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 777vipph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.4 Suspicious Transactions

777vipph reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or otherwise in violation of these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, 777vipph may report the transaction to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

777vipph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• 777vipph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if abuse or misuse is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Any bonus funds not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• 777vipph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 777vipph Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the relevant game or market. General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777vipph does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted by the applicable game rules.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 777vipph reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777vipph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to 777vipph immediately.
• Engaging in any conduct that 777vipph reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or Platform staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777vipph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of 777vipph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777vipph Platform without the prior written consent of 777vipph. Any unauthorized use of Platform content may result in legal action.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

777vipph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777vipph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable regulatory holds.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 777vipph support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to 777vipph's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
